Financings have been completed across the United States and in the Country of Panama. I've created a customized data base of over 750 bank & non-bank debt lenders (many of whom I've either met or have spoken with) involved in financing a myriad of sectors within the corporate and real estate arenas. Although I do not practice law, the law license I keep current from New York State creates a fiduciary responsibility with clients. Understanding the needs of the client, connecting the dots and introducing clients to the correct debt funding source(s) is what I accomplish. I present a transaction generically to a lender and evaluate their interest in moving forward. I do not Indiscriminately shop transactions to a multitude of lenders.
